- Jozani Forest is also known by another name – Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park, it is also the only reserve of its kind in all of Zanzibar. It is pretty small in size – 50 sq. kilometres, but an extremely picturesque and pleasant place to visit. The forest is worth visiting for anyone who comes to Zanzibar.
- Many medicinal herbs and other tropical plants grow in the Jozani Forest. It is interesting that the forest is usually called "natural pharmacy" by natives. The trees here are impressive for their size and height.
- Here we will walk, explore the nature, on the way we will meet many animals, for example, funny monkeys. This forest is home to red colobus, as well as more than 50 species of butterflies and 40 species of tropical birds.
